Any student attending a Polk County School can get a $10 physical through Blue Ridge Health located at Polk County Middle School. Call 828-233-3712 for more info!
PCHS & St. Lukes Hospital are offering $25 physicals on May 2 from 2-5pm at the PCHS Gym
